President
Dave Brown is a seasoned soccer coach and sports enthusiast with over a decade of experience in the sports industry.
From 2013 to 2017, Dave ran a club-neutral organization providing soccer academies with trainers and coaches.
In 2017, Dave established and managed the RC Celta Academy based in Philadelphia, the American affiliate of the renowned Spanish soccer club RC Celta.
At Virtual Fútbol Academy, Dave is dedicated to revolutionizing sports with next-generation AI that drives best-in-class, global coach and player development.
Khalil Masso
Co-Founder
Khalil Masso is a seasoned business executive passionate about soccer and innovation.
As the thirteen-year President of AIM Security Services, Khalil brings extensive experience in business development, strategic planning, and operations.
In addition to his track record as an executive, Khalil has also coached at soccer clubs, including Langhorne Neshaminy United Soccer Club, RC Celta Academy Philadelphia, and The SWAG (a philanthropic soccer training program for young athletes).
Khalil is dedicated to harnessing the power of AI to improve the experiences of coaches & athletes everywhere.
Luis Oubiña
Relationship Manager
Luis has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and forging strategic partnerships.
Throughout his career, Luis has managed communication and marketing strategiesfor sports organizations such as La Liga Tech and the World Padel Tour (the premier professional Padel circuit).
At Virtual Fútbol Academy, Luis leverages his expertise to expand the company’s reach and impact, helping coaches and teams access technology-driven development programs.
Carlos Moreno

With over 10 years of experience in soccer coaching, player development, and sports event management, Carlos is committed to driving success for Virtual Fútbol Academy's clients.
Carlos currently serves as the Academy Director at UCAM Murcia C.F. He manages the budget, events, and multidisciplinary teams. His primary responsibility is ensuring the comprehensive development of young talent.
At Virtual Fútbol Academy, he works closely with each client to ensure success and optimal results for coaches and players.
Stan Slavev
AI and Technology Lead
At Virtual Fútbol Academy, Stan is responsible for leveraging AI to revolutionize the way athletes develop their skills.
In addition to being the founder at Pronet Interactive, a video & graphic production company, Stan has also spearheaded technology roles at innovation-driven companies such as BLITAB® (the world’s first tactile tablet for the blind and visually impaired), Bwin (one of Europe's leading online betting brands), and more.
Stan is the driving force behind Virtual Fútbol Academy’s Creation Zone: AI-powered video creation for coaches and players.
